  Good venue! Close to metro and in and the mall. The theatre is always clean and has 3D screens.

  Love the theatre because it's usually clean and not too crowded. Lately, they appear not to have enough staff serving concessions which always results in long lines. Condiments are never stocked. Managers not offering any assistance. Even if you arrive early you could miss your movie.

  Wish the "hot food machine" wasn't out of order tonight. They have a decent menu of hot food for a competitive price. However, the soft hot pretzel was an acceptable fill-in this time. Three theater and facilities are clean and have never had an issue with a less than polite audience.

  Had a wonderful experience as always. Staff very custom service friendly. That is want I want when I am spending my money in your establishment. Place was neat and clean. Not a rowdy crowd plus security is on hand. This is where I enjoy taking people I love for them to enjoy themselves without any drama!!!

  I had a great first experience at the Regal Hyattsville Royale 14. I appreciated the fact, I believe the manager, Mr Spicer was able to clear up a situation I had with some points I had earned. I loved the fact that movies are $6.50 on Tuesdays. The restrooms were clean. And popcorn 🍿 was fresh. All this made my mother & son date a great day. ❤

  Good picture and sound. Modern and clean seating. The concession sales are slow as anything. Why it takes so long to serve popcorn and soda I have no idea. They do community showings too.

  It's almost always quiet here. One of the best places to see a movie if you don't like crowds.

  It's a good traditional theater. You can get a good movie, snacks, comfortable seating. Unless you're looking for the frills type theater with assigned seating and blankets this is a good spot to go to.

  This is a fine place to go see a movie. It's never been crowded when I've gone (though I rarely go to opening nights) and I've not had to wait when I needed to buy tickets.
  
  I wouldn't say that there is much special about this place (the screens aren't particularly large), but at least the staff have been friendly each time I've gone.
  
  The theaters themselves have been a bit dirtier when I've visited (quite a bit of food on the floor), but nothing to turn me away from a particular seat.
  
  This theater has a good location, at least. There are several restaurants nearby for dinner and the area continues to expand even more. Parking is not an issue, though the garages are your best best. Just remember to validate your parking ticket!

  My fave theater! I love it! It is never too crowded.
  
  It isn't overrun with out of control teens like other theaters.
  
  The seats are comfortable and ample space in between rows which is crucial for my 6'3" husband. I love the staff and the validated parking.
  
  The regal rewards is also boss. I have no complaints about this theater.
