Be aware of price over-charged, especially the mixed-&-matched items. Point out to store manager of the price differences, & s/he may let u have it for free. It happened a lot. That's why I rated it 3 stars.

First time at this Ralphs. Harry the checker was nice and the young man who was bagging my groceries was nice as well.

Absolutely TERRRRRIBLE service. Customer service desk was very rude. Cashier was very disrespectful. No employees around to help anyone. Worst place i've ever shopped. Try a target or literally anything else. This place is an absolute dump. And their bathrooms are disgusting. If there was a rating lower than one star, that is what they would receive from me.

Love it. Great neighborhood store. I had a dream I was fighting aliens in the parking lot... Makes it all that more cool to shop there... I never know what's gonna pop out at me while I'm grabbing my milk. Harry, Mita... Great people!!! Saw a guy Rob the place one day, manager, employees ran out... Dirty shame. Nice clean spot, you'll love it!!!
