The Pulaski Circuit/County Clerk's office has 96 employees and has a budget of over $5 million annually. In addition to providing administrative and record keeping support to the 17 Circuit Court Judges in Pulaski County, the office serves as the Voter Registrar for the County and serves as Pulaski County Real Estate Recorder – working closely with Attorneys and Title Companies to record and index every land transaction conducted in Pulaski County. Only 18 of 75 Counties have a combined Circuit and County Clerk. The remaining Counties elect Circuit and County Clerks separately.
