Purchased a GroupOn coupon for Prime Dental. Called 8 times, left 6 messages over 3 weeks, called two different numbers, wrote email online and to the email listed, and they would never contact me for an appointment. This is one of the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I can't believe these folks are in business. Also, drove by the location in Plano, and could not find signage for Prime at the address listed, but only found another Dental office name at that location.
It’s sad that I have to post such a terrible review. Originally I thought the service was fantastic. However, back in February I paid for a custom fit night guard. They said they needed a few days to make after the fitting which was completely understandable. Fast forward to now, I have yet to see the night guard that I paid 250 dollars for. I have called numerous times, left an endless amount of voicemails. Now I’m out 250 dollars and NO NIGHT GUARD. At first I thought ok, maybe it’s because of covid 19. This is incorrect. The offices are open and people have answered the phone and assured me they would get back to me. It’s been 3 months and despite my efforts to keep calling, I have nothing in hand. Times are really hard right now. All I ask is that I receive my night guard, or a refund.
So far so good, Prime took me in as a walk-in around 6 pm was seen and out within the hour. Dr Li was awesome!! got the plan and cost of everything.

Dr Li has been incredible, up front about everything, managed my expectations, taken time when I asked more questions, made extra time to check out some teeth I was concerned about instead of having me make another appointment. Everyone who works with Dr Li is just as incredible.
Wonderful experience overall. They have a beautiful establishment, great team. I was seen almost immediately by Dr. Li. He did a thorough cleaning and examination and was sure to explain everything he was doing. For someone who doesnt have dental insurance, their prices seem very reasonable for the services compared to other offices I have been to. I will definitely be going back.
My experience was awesome! Kenya, the office manager is extremely considerate, and is able to work miracles with insurance And make sure prices are fair. Dr. Dawood provides excellent care. He is kind, considerate, and very gentle. Alexis is knowledgeable and explained what is needed in a kind, precise way. Thanks for the great care!
