So yes it has great seats and the crappy popcorn is refillable but when I buy a ticket online I don't expect to sit in line to pick up the ticket. What the he'll is the point. "Well sir the movie might sell out". So i paid extra just not pull my credit card out at the movie theater. Then I'll go to the one 15 minutes later. Rude employees

Great place. Always clean and the best seats.
Encore theater seats dont recline as much as the other theatres. Very nice place!

Fantastic newly renovated theatre! Genuinely the most comfortable & accommodating seating I’ve experienced in a movie theatre.
Professional & helpful staff. Excellent selection of food, snacks & drinks.

Way more than I expected! Great prices, free refills, comfy reclining seats, great pic and sound! Well worth my trip from Toledo!

We went here to see new movie "IT" on Wednesday at 2pm. The movie theater was practically empty. The girl that sold us tickets and pop corn was nice and funny. The theater was brand new or fully renovated ( I'm not sure which one because we recently moved to the area)nice red leather recliner chairs. Great sound. Clean restrooms. Loved everything about this theater.

Best theater we've ever gone to. Lots of room, even in the small screen rooms. We didn't feel crammed together like most theaters. concession area is fast, professional. Big screens, big sound, big seats. And you can't beat the price anywhere $5 for any movie till 6pm on any day! Why can't more theaters be like this one?! I will travel the 45min to get to this before I go to my own theater 10 min from home everytime.

We started in one movie but 20 minutes in it was causing my daughter to have an anxiety attack. They exchanged our tickets for a different movie that was about to start, for free. Staff was very helpful and understanding.

TOO LOUD! PAINFULLY LOUD! Suggest wearing ear plugs especially for children. Several people tell me they regularly wear ear plugs to be able to enjoy the comfy seats, movies and the theater experience. When asked about volume, employees were very polite and said they cannot adjust the preset volume. Pursuing the issue I receive a phone call, a letter, and 2 free tickets(not my goal) again very polite. At a recent movie, checking the decibel level with a free phone app, it registered 84 -97 most of the movie, higher a few times. Decibel levels of over 85 can cause auditory nerve damage. If you find the volume TOO LOUD for your comfort, Please tell them.

We had a great time. Sooo nice to relax in those reclining seats they have there and watch a really good new release movie on that huge screen they put in just a few months ago,we go to there website site and get free popcorn coupons that we can up grade to a medium or large for .50. Or a $1.00 with a purchase of any item at the concession stand,it don t get any better than that. I rate that at least a 10 definitely great

LOVE THIS PLACE!! I will never go to another theatre in Toledo anymore. The luxury seats are awesome and the ticket price and concession are very affordable for a family to go out.
Truly a great experience.

Jordan is always so friendly and so eager to help. Always a clean environment and the gentleman that are taking tickets are all so very knowledgeable. The only thing I would love to see is if the counter employees would be a tad friendlier and smile. It's nice to see smiling faces when entering into a place of business and much easier to give them business as well!

Louder isn't better

Went to the Encode theater for the first time to see a movie and was blown away by the large screen. My ear drums were also blown away by the extremely loud audio. I felt like I needed ear plugs at some points in the movie. The sound can be clear without being ear splitting. The seats are awesome. They just need to turn down the audio to a lower level.

Best theatre I've EVER been too. They have great sound systems as well as large screens but the real secret ingredient is their newly installed Super Plush, Comfy, Leather Chairs that are almost FULLY RECLINEABLE, about 170° with a built in Ottoman for your Legs & Feet. It's the most comfortable seating I've had anywhere. I'd pay for two movies just to sleep for 4 to 5 hours in these Chairs!!!

The theater seating is excellent. I have a bad bad back and can't set for long periods of time. The wide seats and automated foot rests allowed me to shift from left to center and then right. I never had to get up and go stand in the aisle at the back of the theater like I do at other theaters. I am very thankful for that. The seats also offer cup holders and nicely sized arm rests. My estimate on space between the rows is five feet. So you don't have to put the foot rest down when someone walks in front of you. You also don't have to fold your legs over your neck when people want to pass in front of you.
The price for the for the first showing on a Sunday was five clams. Not to shabby. Go see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.
