the service was excellent. Philip showed up at the appointed time, was very polite and professional and explained everything he had done. I was very pleased with his work. I was just surprised at the cost for what was done.

I had Peaden out because Cox expressed an electrical issue was causing a voltage leak. Of course, I was anxious to get someone out quickly to prevent a potential fire. Mike arrived and was one of the most pleasant technicians ever. Mike listened as I explained what Cox said was the issue. I have my doubts about Cox and still feel the problem is a Cox issue. However, not being well versed in electrical and voltage issues, i had to rely on Cox and get an electrician out. Any way he listened, performed work to determine the 'true' problem and then also waited to get Cox to tell them their idea of the problem. Even though Peaden is pricey, they are well worth it. I feel secure in the fact their are honest and will not charge me just to be charging.

My experience with Peaden has been excellent. I was looking to have a big job done (multiple services) and was finding different companies to do different work. Peaden was able to offer me a majority of the services I needed and also offered a 5% multi-trade discount which was really helpful. Their quotes were competitive and held true after the work was done (i.e. no surprises or extra charges). Their work is good and solid, and they do a great job cleaning up. I've found them to be very professional and easy to work with. As stated earlier, I would consider my experience with Peaden to be excellent and would highly recommend them to anyone looking, and I plan to use them when needing going forward.

Raymond responded to our service call after hours. He was very professional and friendly. He made us feel more at ease even after finding out the price was alot more than we wanted to spend. He is a great person and an asset to your company. Thanks for that!

I had a big project with Peaden, which included 9 new A/C units. This was a 2 story building with the A/C units on the roof. Peaden truly excelled in every aspect of the work that needed to be done and they were extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. They were able to complete this job within a week! This included taking out the old A/C units (from the roof) and the air handlers from each unit (a 2 story building). They communicated with me in a timely manner so I could get my tenants more than a 24 hour notice on when Peaden was going to come and remove and install the new units. I highly recommend them and will use them for all my A/C needs.

Chris was very nice and helpful and did a great job. The only problem I have is I feel the charges were too high. I know that is not Chris's problem but Peadens . I've had several opinions that I paid too much .

Josh showed up on time and really took the time to explain the repair in detail. Quoted me a price and finished ahead of schedule. The appointment was set up in the am and the service was completed the same day. Such a breath of fresh air to get this level of professionalism. I will be calling again!

TJ at Peaden was wonderful. He was knowledgeable, professional, and didn't mind answering my questions. He provided education about how to maintain my AC unit and provided a much lower quote than another company did. I signed up for their membership plan and saved even more on my repair. I will be calling them first for anything else I may need in the future.

Outstanding service. Had a new system installed and can't say enough good things about these two young men. They were polite and efficient and obviously very competent.
Overall, I was absolutely delighted with my whole experience with Peaden. I would recommend them without reservation.

Great service from start to finish. Friendly, professional and helpful. They were unable to fix our problem (and let us know up front that may be he case) and called a company who was just as wonderful to fix the issue. Highly, highly recommend this company.

William Logan Nixon is a professional. He called to let us know of his arrival time, and upon arrival did a first rate job. He is a great representative of Peaden HVAC and they are very lucky to have him. He is very knowledgeable of the HVAC systems and on top of that he is a hard worker. It was a pleasure dealing with him and Peaden. I don't know what process Peaden has in selecting their employees but it is something other corporations should pattern theirs after. Keep up the wonderful work.

Your company has the best service men of any I have dealt with. The young man that installed an electrical service for me and the young man who serviced my central heat & air system were very congenial and did excellent work. I use Peaden for all my plumbing, electrical and air conditioning work. I wish you still serviced whole house generators.

Peaden is an excellent company to work with! They are very professional, considerate, and thorough with their jobs. I have used them to repair my ac as well as work on plumbing in my house. I had previously called 3 different companies, none of which could give me a day or time they could arrive. Peaden gave me a time, and they showed up ready to work. The electrician, Mark was very professional, friendly, and explained anything I asked about. He had a helper with him that was just learning the ropes. Mark was also a patient teacher to this new young man. As a Realtor, I will be recommending Peaden to any that may need their services. Thanks Peaden for a job well done.
