OZ electrical is literally the best electrical company you can go through. They are bar none the most honest and helpful people to have in the home or business. I needed some electric work done on my house and they made sure to tie up all odds and ends. They were very good at keeping me in the loop of things and answered any questions I had. They have ALWAYS returned my calls/messages right away. Aaron, the owner, was very tentative to any task needing to be done. These guys are no joke the best in the south!

OZ was hired by our home warranty company to fix some underground electrical and while they were going to be doing the work we set up to pay them to also replace the electrical for our well pump. While digging the trench their employee cut through several of our sprinkler lines, wiring for some of the sprinkler heads, and cut our underground t.v. cable. They laid down the new electrical but never fixed the stuff they broke or filled in the 150 feet of trench. Its now been 7 weeks and they quit responding to our attempts to call them. They basically took the money from the home warranty company and ran. Now we have to pay someone to come fix all the stuff they broke.

Initially had Mark come out through my home warranty company because of an issue I was having. It was much later than I would have expected for someone to show up during the work week and was definitely a "last minute" situation but Mark and Oz Electrical went above and beyond to make it work. Mark identified the problem and I requested to have him come back out to do an electrical upgrade to my panel as well. Very professional, courteous, well priced, knowledgeable and most of all pleasant to be around. Mark took the time to explain the considerations for my upgrade and discuss options, as well as having a wide assortment of ways to stay well within my budget. These are the people you WANT to do business with!!!

Aaron at OZ electrical saved the day for me. I had a dangerous electrical problem and Aaron was recommended to me. He responded promptly even though it was on a Sunday and Monday morning the problem was being resolved and at a very fair price. I would not hesitate for a second to call Oz electrical for any electrical needs in the future!
