I started taking my dog to Northampton for boarding and baths because it was so close to my house. The staff and doctors were so friendly- they always greeted my dog by name and loved on her. When she was due for her annual exam, it was natural for her to have it done there because they cared about her so much! My dog (and now 2 cats) have always received the best care from the doctors and staff there. When I am there to pic up Meds, or to drop off or pick up for grooming, a doctor often comes around the corner and always asks how my dog and/or cats are doing. I have seen them naturally do this with other clients as well It is clear that my pets are as important to them as they are to me! I highly recommend Northampton to anyone in need of veterinary care.
