As the season approaches I thought I would take some time and explain a few things you, (the customer) should do when hiring someone for pressure washing.
1. Ask questions! You should always know the price, if they are insured, and make sure they have a clear understanding of what you want before they even start the job. And never pay until they are done and you are satisfied.
2. Understand that cheaper is not better. I see this alot where people hire the "cheaper" guy off ...say Craigslist and they come out and do a awful job because A. They do not have the expertise or B. their equipment is not up to par. And in turn it cost you, the home owner more because you have to get a professional out to fix it.(25% of my yearly business is fixing other people's work).
3. Look for reviews, reffurals and past work.
In closing I would like to say you work hard for what you have. Your home is the most important purchase you will make and the most costly! I sincerely hope that you choose us for all your pressure and power washing needs, but if not I hope that these steps will help you in finding the right company for you.
