  I called to have someone come out to look at the hot tub as the water temperature was going down no matter where I set the thermostat. Instead of sending out a repair person, the individual looked up my spa on the internet and gave me some advise as to how to potentially fix the problem. Guess what? It worked! We will definately use and recommend Midwest Spas in the future.

  Well, I actually wrote a nice review for George Schlangen per his request. his other business aka George Schlangen Construction.. He made over 30 k in CASH from me also. I have receipts. We were friends for 25 yrs and left me holding the bag and has yet refused to fix the problems he caused which were many and has cost me a bundle to have them fixed. As far his assistant Kim is concerned , she is aware of all and has done nothing either, she is an accomplice.. If anyone out there has had problems please feel free to contact me. George, I gave you numerous opportunities to fix your error and did not. I you would do this to a friend how many others would you do this too. Beware people you will be screwed , I was. Trust me George , what you did to me is not over. Don't send me cease and desist because I have emails from you stating you'd fix the errors. I am just telling the truth. Just for edification my review was written over a year ago and printed a copy in case he wants to delete it.

  They do not return calls, do not carry any parts in store (always conveniently on a truck that is out or hidden somewhere) , if they get the parts it will be twice what you can find it online for. I understand some mark up but this is crazy. Never met the owner but the staff knows next to nothing about any of the products. Save yourself time and money and google search for 5 minutes, because its exactly what they will do if your looking for help. The only way you should by from this place is if your in a pinch and need chemicals.

  Bought our used spa from George 3-4 yrs ago. Other than the chemicals, he has maintained our spa in pristine condition and has always been willing to help, even on Sunday, with questions and concerns. Highly recommend their services.

  Terrible experience. Great, homely, friendly sales by the owner himself. Timeliness, after sales service are deplorable. Takes 5-10 calls to get a return call after it is sold. Please, buy from someone else.

  This is the best place to go for Hot Tubs etc. I love mine. The owner George is so accommodating especially since I live in Wisconsin. I have had mine for 3 years and never had a problem. If I ever have any questions his assistant Kim is right on it. It is so nice to deal with such an honest business person who stands by his product.

  We recently purchased a Catalina Spa from Midwest Spas and couldn't be happier! George the owner came out to our house to see the exact size tub we would be able to fit in our sunroom. He was professional and very knowledgeable. We were nervous about the installation process, as we have a very narrow opening leading into our fenced backyard, and the only way to get the tub into the sunroom was to remove the windows. George assured us it would be no problem. We picked the tub of our dreams, placed the order, and within the time frame promised, George & his crew came with our new purchase. I still am amazed at how terrific everything went. They had to remove fencing panels to get the tub into the yard, which they did with care and promptly put them back up. They removed the windows of the sunroom again, with great care, they lifted the tub up and into the room. I am in utter shock how they did it, George made it look effortless! He is also a certified electrician, so he was able to hook the tub up for us. He filled it, showed us how to operate it and provided us with a lovely gift bag filled with the chemicals we would need and a bottle of wine! Nice touch! We were relaxing in our heated tub that evening! From start to finish, George personally saw the entire project through. It gave us great peace of mind that the owner took such pride in making sure we had a wonderful experience!
