High price, but low quality. I just picked up my suit from Mesa at the Triange and immediately hung it up in my car. When I got home, I noticed both my suit sleeves are still completely wrinkled. I used this location twice now because of convenience, but will take my items elsewhere next time.

Stay away from this place - they broke most of the buttons on a number of my $275 shirts and didn't bother to tell me

My girlfriend really had a bad experience here with one of her dresses, and I can understand the confusion, but I've personally never had a problem.

They're fast, they're good, they're cheap, and they have nice people working for them. I don't do a lot of thinking about my cleaners, but I certainly notice if anything is awry. In some ways, it's not a very enviable place for a business to be in -- there's few ways to be memorable and almost all of those ways are bad.

Is Mesa perfect? Certainly not. They've been doing my clothes for a few years now and every once in a while, there's something they don't get quite right. But it's never ruinous and they're always happy to make it right.

My husband and I have been coming here since we moved into the Triangle and have never had an issue. The staff is always so courteous and sweet, and they instantly remembered not only our names, but our clothing items, and we don't even have to say anything when we walk in and out to pick up or drop off our clothes. We are sad that we will be moving soon and will have to leave them behind!

I could not stand it any longer seeing all these negative reviews without saying something. I have only received top notch and courteous service every time I have used to Mesa Cleaners (in the Triangle) since they have opened (2-3 years). They always give me a reminder call if I have not come by to get my dry cleaning, and they remember me by name. I also go to Tip Top on a pinch since it is closer to home, and tried out Jack Brown recently because they just opened a new location in my neighborhood. They all do a great job (Jack Brown's tissue in the sleeves and cardboard on strapless dress is wonderful!), but Mesa Cleaners still has been the best of the three in terms of price and quality. Thank you, Mesa Cleaners!
