“Working-class America isn’t swayed by one stopover in Carson City,” said Rory McShane a Nevada-based Republican strategist who said the area’s ranchers are threatened by policies like Warren’s signature “wealth tax,” because it would potentially hit families with property worth millions even if they themselves are barely scraping by."

Welcome Ryan Neel to the McShane LLC team!
Ryan earned his bachelor’s degree in history and government at the The University of Texas at Austin. Ryan’s first political job was in the Texas Senate working for the Sergeant-at-Arms during the legislative session. He went on to travel the country working for a political non-profit.
Before joining the McShane team, he was a registered lobbyist in Texas that worked on lobbying, bill analysis, and legislative strategy. Having served as senior staff for Josh Hawley and also managing Kenny Marchant and Fallon For Texas. Ryan brings the McShane team years of experience in managing, consulting, messaging, and grassroots work.

Welcome Wyatt Metzger to the McShane LLC team!
Wyatt wanted an appointment to West Point so in high school, he volunteered for Congressman Jim Gerlach. In college, he studied political science and set up student groups for Young Americans for Liberty, Young Americans Foundation, and worked for Leadership Institute.
Wyatt brings the McShane LLC team years of experience as a field director for conservative causes in Wisconsin, Montana, Colorado, Texas, and the Pennsylvania GOP....
Wyatt's family in Reading, PA owns a brewery and he is a certified apprentice brewer. For some reason, he still likes the Philadelphia Flyers.

I personally want to thank the nearly 100 people who attended the Grand Opening of our new office last night. After a decade in professional politics and marketing, I started this company in 2017 after my son was born. I started this from the guest bedroom of my house with one part-time assistant.
At the time I only hoped to work with a few clients and provide for myself and my family. I quickly found that when you don't consider yourself a "consultant" -- and instead co...nsider yourself a member of the team, the demand will grow and grow quickly. Soon thereafter, as a team of 3, we moved into the garage, then later our first 500 square foot office.
Leaving the 2018 election cycle as a $1.1 million business, having represented corporate, non-profit, advocacy and political clients in 17 states, with 22 election victories a bigger team we needed a new home.
In 2019 we added key senior leaders to our team, Ed Williams and Woodrow Johnston and I couldn't be more grateful for the talented team at McShane LLC.
I'm humbled and grateful beyond words, for the support for this company has received. All I can say is, thank you.
