Customer service was outstanding, especially Stefanie in the jewelry department, also the young lady in men's "locker room " department. One star taken off for the fitting room in the Women's /maternity area due to an odor and broken hanging hooks."
"I love this store. I've been shopping there for YEARS. My favorite associate is Christine S. I'd give her 10 stars!!!! She is the nicest person and always treats my husband and I like family members (asks about trips we've gone on, how's our dog, etc. just so nice!!) She helps me look for items if I need help. Just a thought, I don't really like the "LAST CHANCE" pricing structure and I think it "trashes" up the store. Macy's is better off just letting customers use the coupons so they can clear old or out of season merchandise. This would help maintain a cleaner more organized shopping environment. It makes the store resemble a Burlington Coat Factory or JC Penney with merchandise all over the place. It's certainly not enjoyable to shop for items in that section. Not sure that's what Macy's is going for; I think not."
