I'd like to apply for the woman's job for sales clerk at the origins stand. How come I knew more about her stand than her? I asked for the ginseng peel off mask. After repeating it three times, she wanted me to point at it... I asked her if they had it! I figured repeating ginseng mask wasn't going to help her understand so eventually I found it. Only one left cause guess what? It's the most popularly sold product in the origins line! Mind you, another employee was watching this all go down and she didn't even step in.
UNDERSTAFFED. I gotta walk around the store at least five times to find someone. They'll say someone wasn't at the register cause they were taking their lunch(at 7??). P.S. The stocked shelves resemble a KMART.User
Very thankful for having several Macy's department stores nearby where many good brands, reasonable prices and wonderful employees help shopping fun and affordable. User
I love going to Macys especially when it comes to looking for nice dressing clothes because they have really good affordable prices.User
I came for my Levi's and met a great women named Anait. Who helped find my selection and even a matching shirt. Plus saved me a few bucks in the process.User
This Macy's is a very stylish anchor store in Burbank Town Center. The facade is mid-century modern and is a very impressive sight as you walk up to this marvelous store. Of course Macy's has been a favorite of shoppers for over 60 years and this store still reflects that. Have fun shopping here!User
It's ok, but management could be improved... (not the workers, workers are helpful... management is an issue)User
Excellent customer service overall but especially in the men's cologne section! I had great service, great suggestions, and sales associates made every effort to maximize my discounts. They when above and beyond their duties. User
Just one employee assisting for the returns. And macys want to compete Amazon, they still don't get it. User
Macy's is my "go to" for household stuff, active wear, handbags, etc. The only problem with this store is that it's somewhat shabby - door handles at the entrances, the flooring, etc. Definitely not as nice as the Macy's at the Westfield Mall in Sherman Oaks. And the parking structure? Yuck. Dark and dreary - but it's pretty typical of the structures in the downtown Burbank area. Still, you will find me there on a regular basis because of the wide range of products.User
The racks here are almost always a mess. The staff is either not driven to help you, or driven too much to help you (maybe commission based?) But either way, it doesn't feel consistent throughout. I'm a fan of this place because they do tend to change our their stock often so you're able to always find good up-to date clothing or merchandise.
