We love our sons Doctor, Dr. Satish. She is very sweet and VERY informative. The place seems very clean and the front desk staff are always very nice and personable. They always provide us with printouts explaining vaccines for us to take home. Very good and gentle with our 6 month old son. We haven't seen any other doctors at this location so far, but we highly recommend Dr. Satish!

My 14 yr old son saw the dentist today..he had a bad experience. This dentist is rough and fast. Flosses teeth like shes hacking steak. Cut my sons gums in several places and on his tongue. Being a former dental assistant. .i know what im talking about and will never take him there again.

This place really gets under my skin. They did have great doctors once upon a time but, now all of the doctors there seem like they are in a hurry. They continuously over book and you end up waiting over an hour in the waiting room. So, I suggest if you have an appt there, plan on being there for a while. I have had rude doctors and my kids never saw that same one more than once. I will never take my kids here again…….

It was like pulling teeth trying to make an appointment. The doctor we received was incredibly awkward, and rushed us out. Next appointment she was on "vacation" (we saw her in the lobby) so we asked to stick with the new doctor who was only slightly kinder but no more informative. When we were paying, the staff repeatedly walked away and talked to other staff, after which they would turn, point, yes, POINT, and laugh and at my wife and Mother-In-Law, both of whom are shy and decent and we promptly left as to not cause a scene. Three appointments went like this until I over heard two staff members speaking to each other about my wife's recent depression and other symptoms. We are currently dealing with this breach. We had even received harassing calls concerning non-payment then they would hang up and would call us back, saying that everything was ok, and that they were mistaken while we were obviously on speaker as we could hear over three other people laughing as they hung up, without even so much as a response from us. We are going to be dealing with this issue on a much higher scale. If you can go somewhere else, do it. I'm still in complete shock, and don't understand how this hasn't been reported.

Lone Star Circle of Care. I have three Dr's at this clinic which makes it very convenient when I need to make an appointment. All the people that I see, seem to really care about what is going on in my life and do their best to find the right treatment options. Not this location, the N AW Grimes location ROCKS!

I have seen Dr. Virginia Garay and have been seeing her for about a year now. She is a psychiatrist at Lonestar in Georgetown on Williams Drive. I have to say Dr. Garay is the best psychiatrist I have ever seen. She is very knowledgeable, listens and cares. She is also very respectful to a patient's input and wants. I would highly recommend her above anyone I've ever seen!
