Went to get my car serviced, I walk in there were three guys working, two had customers the other on the computer probably for customer service. While waiting three other customers came in as well. Therefore, instead of asking who’s next they just took whomever they wanted. I say I have been here all this time and you’re let all three go before me. They just look at me and say calm down we will be with you,no apology. First of all I was very calm when I said it like asking a question. Secondly you just lost a customer because I will not be back. Service like that won’t be tolerated.
On 9/1 went in to get my oil change and transmission fluid flushed. They did not put my mud flaps in correctly so my tires tore through them when I was driving on the highway. I called on 9/4 to put in a complaint and was assured I will receive a call. I am still waiting for them do so. This is unacceptable for any dealership to do. I have been going to them ever since I moved to Florida and they were nice up until this incident. Please be careful to check your car thoroughly if you are getting it serviced here.
Great overall purchase experience for me and my Fiancée. No back and forth. Working in the car business myself, I'm always looking for any flaw in the way my deals are put together but I could find nothing that they were dishonest about. My finance manager Alex was reassuring and made sure I was well informed about every paper we were signing. Service department is also very attentive to my needs. Nothing to say but good things about this company.
Very nice people. Treat customers beautifully. Streamline the process of leasing and really work to fit your needs.
This guys are scammers, they advertise a car on CARFAX, then when you get there they want to sell you any other at the same price but no the one you came for. They want you to sign the papers unknowing the price of the car and the rates. Don't go there find another place be safe. Y was with julio media 15/06
So before I came in i called them and Kenny answered the phone I asked him if they had the vehicle in stock I made sure I was making myself clear on the make and model and all the limited features. He said yea we have it come on in. I then also asked him I have a flyer mailed to my house that you will give me this dollar amount for my vehicle trade in. He said yes what it says we will give it to you we honor it. So I gave in and I walked in with the idea of driving a new car. Well I got there at 430 and I walked out of there at 8. Since I walked in they were pressuring me to run my credit asking me over and over to fill it out without even showing me a car. They took my keys to find out how much the car is valued after they took me on a ride the sales guy keep coming back and forth continuing to pressure me to fill out the credit report paperwork I said I will not sign until I have actual numbers of my current car and the car I want to buy. The guy (Kenny)clearly doesn't know what his doing so he kept going to the manager who I then heard him talking smack and even cracking a few jokes about me. At this point I was upset. He saw I was upset and was going to walk out. So the manager tried to make some deals with me he said he was going to give me an amount for my car I said well I have the flyer that I gave Kenny they all played stupid and said what flyer after I said over and over the one I gave you he said I gave it back. They didn't give anything back. The sales manager (Julian Garces) said no worries I have better deal if you take this car I'll discount here and I'll even throw free tints. So I almost fell for this bait and almost signed but something didn't feel right I said let me see the car do you have the one I want. End of the day they didn't even have the car I wanted he said just go with what we have I said if it's not the car I want then I don't want it. The manager said car shopping isn't that difficult your just making it difficult. Be careful if you aren't stern they will trick you into buying something you don't want and they cheat you on prices. They don't honor flyers sent out to your homes. They hold your keys so you don't leave. I asked for my car keys and left.THEY ARE LIARS AND CHEATS. BE VERY CAREFUL!
It has been more than 1 month and a half since I got a lease from this dealer and they haven't pay the car that I trade in. I had to pay my old car in order to avoid a late fee because they didn't. When I call they never gave me an answer and nobody tried to help me. This is not a fair place to do business, they only care about you before buying and then good luck trying to solve your problems. I definitely do not recommend this place for buying or leasing a car.
Don't waste your time or money here. Managers were extremely condescending and rude. Heard one of them trash talking about my mother. So I reached over the counter, grabbed my keys and took my business elsewhere.
Still cannot believe I spent 3 hours there only to experience something like that. Unfortunately, I have yet to have a pleasant experience at Hyundai dealers.
I had the best experience here, Greg and Fabio are definitely the best salesmen in the place. They will take care of you like you are their own child. The sales manager Alion and finance manager Tony... willing to explain and work with me with any questions or concerns I had. I even got my car detailed the next day, for free because I noticed some stickers on it I did not like. If you're looking to buy a car I would definitely consider coming here first!
