I bring equipment to your house, or for you to train here at my house and train you in the private, personal setting of your home, your environment. I use the outdoors whenever I can (weather permitting) as it fuels the soul on so many levels. Exercising is a way of life and I love to help people find that drive for something that is going to keep you feeling your best!
