Kurfew Media started in 2011 as a design project. The “iDeas Made Visible” quote was inspired by people having these great thoughts but lack the knowledge to develop it themselves or share it with the world.

Besides being interested in visual things, I have got a particular fondness for languages. Besides English, my native language, I am fluent in Spanish and I know a little French.

What fascinates me about languages is their structure and logic on the one hand and the fine details and nuances of expression on the other. It all comes down to grammar, vocabulary and style.

I am a graphic designer based online.
I specialize in website design, photography, logos and event flyers.

I create beautiful, usable, professional websites using best practice accessibility and the latest W3C web standards guidelines, resulting in semantic and SEO friendly XHTML and CSS.

My websites are not all hand-coded.
For building websites my weapons of choice are Photoshop and Dreamweaver for creating layouts, then Coda to produce clean semantic XHTML and CSS. I code to XHTML strict 1.

I also use Flash for animations and sometimes full Flash sites. My CMS of choice are Expression Engine and Word press.

Currently I’m teaching myself, Objective-c and Cocoa Touch for iPhone app development. I'm getting used to using programs like Cinema 4D and ZBrush.

When I'm not in front of my computer designing, you'll find me in front of an audience making them laugh as I practice Stand-up comedy.
