Bookly is not your traditional accounting firm. We have created a unique blend of technology and human touch to bring a holistic experience online, all without hourly fees or long-term contracts. Instead we offer our service on a simple monthly subscription plan (starting at $99 mo. ) Business owners simply sync their bank accounts to our custom software so that one of our bookkeepers can categorize their transactions for them. Financials are updated regularly so that business owners can get up to date info.

Believe us when we talk about business owners’ needs, we know business owners. In fact, our CEO Zach Olson started out as the humble owner of a skate shop. His grip-tape covered dreams were crushed however when he saw how little he was getting to service customers and how much time he was spending crunching numbers, categorizing transactions, and filling out tax forms.

Traditionally, accounting software has been developed specifically for accountants and tax professionals, not small business owners. This usually forces many business owners to put their accounting on the back burner or commit an endless amount of time to learning accounting methods and principles.

Having a human bookkeeper not only removes tedious tasks from business owners' workflow, it also provides them with a knowledgeable accountant who can answer questions they might not be able to answer on your own. Our “no hourly fees” philosophy takes away the stresses most business owners have when seeking answers to questions from their accountants.
