The Konopka Family, brothers Walt and Bruce, along with their father Walter, began selling Christmas trees at the corner of Ridge Avenue and Conarroe Street in 1968. The family tradition continues uninterrupted and the next generation of Konopkas can be found lending a hand with their father Bruce.
