Exchange
We MAY accept an exchange within 7 DAYS of receiving the item as long as it is not damaged or used. You will then be issued store credit for the item amount minus shipping. Please contact us before you send the item back to ensure that we are aware and approve of the exchange.
Product Care
For custom boots, ONLY handwash. If you harshly spray with hose or power wash there will be OBVIOUS lines through the boots from the water pressure hitting it. It states to handwash on the package as well! 5 Star Pads can be washed but please see how to PROPERLY wash the pad. Please call or email us for any other questions regarding this.
We are not responsible for item wear that is a result of customer use including; constant rubbing, heavy packing, misuse or harsh environmental conditions. Proper Care for all our items will increase lifespan of product.
