Description

John B. Haines IV Events is a private organization dedicated to preserving history through community outreach, awareness and stewardship. To this end, John B. Haines IV Events hosts various free, open, charitable and fundraising events annually that promote the spirit living history, antique appreciation and civic engagement. John B. Haines IV Events is the committee-based vision and expression of John B. and Linda Haines, owners of the estate and grounds upon which all events are held. Situated on 24 acres of beautifully manicured grounds in rural northern Montgomery County, this stunning estate is comprised of the beautifully restored Andreas Reid House (the Haines’ home), barn and tannery (dating to 1740), various outbuildings, and three large museum buildings which house the owner’s private collection of historic antique trucks, vehicles and equipment.
