Nice staff, but problem with indoor pool....NO HEAT! Also both me and husband kept hitting knee area on corner of oversized bed frame (mattress was much shorter). Finally, no coffee available in the lobby area. We were told, “because you have coffee you can make in your room”... hmmm. We paid $11.95 each for an all you can eat breakfast, which was pretty good— until we realized the Hampton was within walking distance, with coffee in their lobby and free breakfast. So, why didn’t we choose them?Because they didn’t have an indoor pool, but at this time... neither did we!
Attended a meeting in the Nottingham 1 room. Room was clean and organized. Staff was accommodating and served food at the requested time. Overall good experience.
We booked 2 rooms last night. The pool was overly crowded and life guard was young and extremely disrespectful and rude. We got 1 hour of swim time and the guard yelled “Get out!”..We were harassed all evening about noise complaints and if your standing in the hallway it’s clear that the noise was coming from across the hall and next door to our rooms.. to which we couldn’t hear the noise unless we were in the hall. Every year we book 2 rooms for a sleep over for my niece birthday... on a good note breakfast was great as well as our server.. I over tipped because that was the best thing to come from our stay.. we will never stay here again tried to cut down travel this year and book something closer to home but next year we will be going back to Towson we love it there
Great stay at Hilton Garden Inn. White Marsh Baltimore, Md. Our room was very clean and quite. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Restaurant for breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced ! We were very happy to see the GPS directions from the staff ! For travel from the airrport to the hotel. Address is Baltimore but GPS said Nottingham !!!! Took us to the hotel no problem, Thank You so very much. Travelers from Maine
Food was really good. Very quick and we'll prepared. Beer was slightly more expensive then you would pay at one of the near by bars. Still worth the convenience of not having to leave.
This mid-priced hotel's main lobby is spacious, clean, and quiet. Front desk clerk is presentable, courteous, and helpful. Men's room at the lobby is quite spacious and clean. Kudos for that shiny granite countertop. But, 4 out of 6 soap dispensers are empty, and one of the paper towel dispensers is out of paper towels. The fitness room is not spacious, and free weight sets are not available. Only Hilton Gold and Diamond elite members get free continental breakfast.
Great place to stay! Good service and good food . Near some great restaurants, shops and communities.
Hotel is in a congested area can be difficult to find among the other hotels. Some of the staff was nice others not so much. Hotel rates are a bit pricey among others in the area.
Right off of I-95, a fair rate and an option to include a full breakfast for a slight increase in the rate, all good things. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The online reservation system didn't work out, buta phone call took care of it.
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Nice bar area with attentive bartenders. Good food also for a "hotel", the breakfast in the morning is really good too with omelette station and serve yourself buffet style selections too. Had a great stay every time I've been there! 👍👍
I was there for a business event, and did not stay the night. The event was only for 1.5 hours and it was nice. The conference room is very big and very nice.
Very nice and clean place NANTISHA front Desk clerk was exceptional!!!
Easily accessible to mall.. food etc
Staff was friendly and accommodating. I did make a special request for menus from area restaurants that had vegan food, but they didn't provide any. Room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Pool was nice, but did have a occupancy limit that seemed somewhat restrictive.
This is an average hotel in most ways. The location is convenient for trips to Baltimore. The rooms are mostly good, but the bathroom in my room this trip smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I had to go to the front desk and request a different room. Breakfast is not included, which is a shame. If their breakfast was included in the hotel rate, I would probably stay here more often. Instead, I book when I don't want the noise of downtown Baltimore.
We like to come here for breakfast on the weekends occasionally. They have an all to can eat breakfast that includes omelets, pancakes, waffles, and continental items. All cooked items are made to order and are high quality. The wait staff takes care of your drinks. They have always been friendly and attentive.
