Founded in 1984, H.E.L.P. (Help Elevate Life for Pets) IRS # 95-4067643 is a non-profit, no kill, no cage animal shelter. We have saved the lives of thousands of dogs and cats by adopting them into good homes.

Description
H.E.L.P. was established in 1984 and has saved the lives of over 10,000 dogs, cats, puppies and kittens at our No-Cage, No-Kill animal shelter.
We accept donations to fund our animal programs which include spaying, neutering, adoption, veterinarian care and educating the public in the humane treatment of animals.
H.E.L.P. believes in the unwritten 11th Commandment which states: "Thou shalt be kind generous, merciful, and loving to all things living and dead."
