Replaced outside & inside bands and upgraded all joist from 2x8's to 2x10's on a 12' long span they needed that extra meat, has new 3/4" advantech subflooring, self adhesive tiles in kitchen, bamboo hardwood flooring in living room, new kitchen cabinets & countertops, new PEX plumbing throughout the entire house, vapor barrier installed to prevent moisture damage again. Job went smooth and everyone was happy with final results.
