The Geneva Business Improvement District was formed to promote an attractive and economically viable downtown that is high quality in appearance and design, safe and attractive to property owners, business people, tenants, shoppers, and visitors.

Description
The Geneva Business Improvement District focuses on tenant retention & recruitment, streetscape projects, sidewalk maintenance, economic development, grant information, downtown beautification, and Holiday lighting and decorations. We also host 2 annual events every year: Cruisin' Night and the Light Up Geneva Auction. Proceeds from both events go back into the city in the form of flowers and beautification efforts and yearly Holiday lighting upgrades. We also sell advertising space on the NEW downtown Kiosk, as well as offer state of the art teleconferencing capabilities in our board room at One Franklin Square.
