We really wanted the house but obtaining insurance was difficult due to the roof. We found a company that would offer insurance but were told the roof must be replaced within 30 days of closing.
We called Florida Roof Bros and spoke to Brad who couldn't be more understanding and helpful. Within 2 weeks after closing the roof was completely replaced and a new wind mitigation report prepared. The work and the crew were totally professional and the roof is beautiful.
We would definitely recommend Florida Roof Bros. No other company we contacted was willing to work with us like them.

We went with Florida Roof Bros to install our new roof. Our old roof was going on 31 years and started to have small leaks. After having a very informative and polite phone conversation with Brad, I knew they were the business I wanted to complete our project. Evan came out to do our estimate and even suggested we get new gutters (which was already on my mind). He kindly recommended Gutters Unlimited (who they work along side) and he told me that they would included that price into the whole project estimate, which made the final payment much easier. The roof installation was very quick (3 days) and I really enjoyed the crew they gave us. The gutters were installed 2 weeks after the roof was finished (thats when their schedule could fit us in) and they only took 2 hours to install. Communication from the first phone call to the "end of project" walk through was on point. Their estimate was the best in town and their customer service was top notch. We are very pleased with Florida Roof Bros and will be recommending them to our friends and family in the future.

We needed a new roof for insurance purposes and got several estimates. Florida Roof Bros offered a very competitive rate, and they were very responsive and quick with information. They were all very pleasant, work was started either on time or early, and they worked thru some extremely difficult weather!! The workers were great, picked up behind themselves and were respectful of the garden surrounding our home…. I was extremely pleased with their service and recommend to anyone looking for a reliable company. Thanks guys!!!

Florida Roof Bros did an exceptional job on the repair of my roof. They were able to get the repairs done before the deadline needed for my insurance company. I would recommend them to anyone that wants quality work at a good price. When I need to replace my roof they will be the one I use to do it. Thanks again Brad for your patience.

Florida Roof Bros gave the best price and was able to get my roof done in the time frame i needed. They took care of everything, even the unexpected, like it never happened. Very quick and yet great job. Cleaned up daily after they were done working. Couldn't have asked for it to go any better. They answered all of my questions and concerns prior to starting and came out quick and followed up right after to make sure i received the estimate. Thank you 100 times over. Roof looks amazing.
