Led by General Manager Dave Royce and Executive Chef Jason Matthews, the staff at EBT Restaurant is anxious to show a new generation of Kansas Citians (and their guests) a unique dining experience. Located in the first floor of the UMB Bank building at State Line Road and I-435, the restaurant is designed to be an escape from the outside, with modern yet comfortable surroundings. White tablecloth, yet casual and accessible is our goal. Our menu is Contemporary American, with flavors being adopted from a variety of cuisine. We also offer Happy Hour food, wine, beer, cocktails and martinis Tuesday-Friday from 4:30-6:30 in our Bar and Lounge areas. We are one of few places still offering tableside prepared dishes (Caesar Salad for Two and Bananas Foster for Two), prepared by our highly experienced service staff.
