Oh my jessica the bakery manager was so WONDERFUL to consult being new to this area and coming from cake boss turf...we agreed on two 3 tier cakes ..one called death row and the other devils food cannoli filling !!! To die for!!!
You must try this go to for all your party cakes!!!

The service is always impeccable. The food is tasty- there is a great variety of unique and traditional deli items and butcher/meat items. There is a wide variety of gourmet grocery items.The dessert selection is amazing and baked/created on-site! What a classy store...

The staff at this location have been amazing. They are knowledgeable about the products and friendly. I come here mainly for gifts as there is a great selection of specialty items.

Our company has ordered food through them at least a dozen times spending quite a bit of money..I would expect more respect from them for the such a high reputation. They sent us food with mold on it with no apology. The manager Mark has ignored every email we have sent. We gave them a second chance to make things right which they did not do. They also failed to tell us about a money back rewards program they offered, then would not compensate us for all of our previous caterings. I have reached out several times to give them a chance to make things right and they have completly ignored us. Food is over priced for what they have to offer. We will be going through a different company from now on for our catering events since Mark Meirer (Catering Management) has failed at customer service in every aspect. Our respect for this establishment is gone.

I called to place an order and was extremely disappointed after being rudely spoken to then hung up on by Mark Meier or something like that. I could not believe the poor customer service I experienced today. He made me feel very unimportant.

Went to get some Christopher Elbow chocolate treats for my dad for Father's Day. Amazing selection and Lizzi was extremely helpful helping my indecindecisive father pick some yummy chocolates to enjoy. Amazing customer service!

Went to get sausage to make a dish from the butcher area, came home; cooked it, and it had a foul sour smell and taste. Pork sausage should not taste sour. I don't know how long ago it was made or if the refrigeration was going wrong. It was just bad.

Dean and Deluca IS my happy place. Coffee options are better and less expensive than Starbucks. The deli and prepared food areas are the best in the area and the bakery always has something special. Worth a trip for a snack, lunch or planning a very special meal.

Yum, if you like a good New York style deli Dean and Deluca will give you a good sense of that New York state of mind. The quality of the food here is a few notches above the usual deli and the price reflects that but you get what you pay for. Great food by people that care about making it great.
