Pretty good hotel. The price was reasonable and our room had a refrigerator and a microwave oven. The last place I stayed didn't have either and I don't remember it being any less expensive.
Rooms were clean, bed comfortable, staff pleasant and helpful... Overall perfect place to stay for the night while attending a training out of town. I'll be staying again for the next one!
The beds here are comfortable and the rooms were clean. The breakfast bar was sort of skimpy and left much to be desired. This, however, is becoming the new normal for this class of hotel. Oatmeal was poorly prepared and the serving utensils almost impossible to use. Scrambled eggs were made from powdered mix rather than from fresh eggs. Bagels and bread was dry and likely day old. Etc
Room was alright, but the shower curtain didn't actually keep the water in the shower, and the little soap bar made my skin all sticky. The breakfast was not great, but they do have a waffle maker, so that was nice. Fitness center was very small, and the treadmill went to about half speed when you take your first step on it. Overall, not very expensive, but you get what you pay for I guess.
Service was great! Jarell had an awesome personality. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because if you want to check out late the only offer an extra half hour. 11:30am. However the signs inside the room says check out time is 12:00 noon. Very confusing but outside of that I would definitely book again! Great place to stay!
If you are a bride looking to book a block of rooms at a hotel, stay away from this place like the plague! I contacted the hotel manager in October 2016 to make arrangements for me and my wedding guests. I gave them my credit card number to secure the room block, and I thought that I had everything squared away. I let the manager know what room I wanted for myself and my bridal party, and corresponded with her on numerous occasions over the next 10 months. Fast forward to August 2017. I tried to check in to my room the night before the wedding, only to find that there was no reservation for me. The hotel manager said that I was supposed to call the 800 number and reserve my own room. In the 10 months that I had been corresponding with her, she never told me that. On top of that, they booked the room that I wanted, so it was not available to me when I needed it. I was hurt and furious. After an hour of going back and forth, I finally was able to get a room that was large enough to accommodate my wedding party. One of the staff members even stole one of the welcome bags that we provided for our guests! No one should have to endure what I went through the night before my wedding. To this day, I have never heard from any members of management, and I have lodged complaints with both the Days Inn Corporation and the Better Business Bureau. Do yourself a favor an look elsewhere!
Front desk very helpful, always clean, tho the house keepers tend to be lazy and do a rush work....sometimes they tend to badge in your room with their own key...it's a 4 because they take everything serious and see that it never happens at least while you start there in the hotel.
The room was clean and the manager Debra was great, but I had a very bad experience with Albi or Aldi. She refuse to give her name . She is very rude and has no manners . When she is with the manager she is great and helpful but when she is alone she is very rude absnosious and not a pleasant person gives a very bad impression . She gives the hotel a very bad name and reputation. I have stayed a few times because of business .
it was ok seemed clean for a basic hotel. if your passing through or need a cheap place to stay definitely stay here. Most importantly if you are in a 26ft box truck there is a lot of parking and it's only about 30 min from DC...
You get what you pay for.
The rooms on the outside are a complete mess. The ones on the inside are a little bit better. Besides that great customer service.
It is a good place to crash in if you have business to do in the area. It has the necessary amenities, nothing fancy but you have the basics. Breakfast is continental: cereals, waffles, some fruit, bread and juices. I've only been staying here for two nights out of a one week stay.
