Worset credit i worked with they send offer about credit for $4000 and no effect on my credit score after i apply they give me $300 with dirctly effect on my credit score So recommended people do not at all deal with this kind of credit ?.

This place is the best place to mess up your credit. They dont report when you make payments but report when you don't. Not only that but the bundles they have are ridiculously over priced you peice out else where and still come out cheaper then what theybsell it for

Stay Away! The interest are super high and there website to make payment is always down. If you are buying online works fine , but if you want to make a payment is always down and they charge you $5 dollar per day no grace period. You can make your payment by phone for a charge of $10 or you can walk to the store.

So first of all. I've always been a costumer here I know you pay a lil more for things but if later down the line you have extra cash you pay off whatever you took out. 7+ years of credit with them. Slowly I rised my credit limit to 2200 which is pretty good for some my age. (25) so since it's been so long since I opened that account. I guess they made new lil rules that I wasn't aware of. 1st is that if you take an item out and you pay it over the course of let's say 8 months. Yay that's great when you go back to get another item they tell you "oh your account has been deactivated " because you know paying off an item isn't keeping your account active. Like what? So you MUST buy something every 6 months (make sure you do or they deactive you) 2nd they check everything again and say okay youre good whatever. So this time I went I wanted to purchase a bed for my dad. And it's deactivated again (took me 7 months to pay something off) so I'm talking to this lady on the phone and she's asking for my references again. Asking if I still work at a place I was at 4 years ago (which I said no, I found different work, but I am now a stay at home mom because I got pregnant and wanted to be with my son) so I tell her my husband works. I made her aware that I took an items out a long time ago while I had no job so idk why that was an issue (my son is now 2) then they ask if I have my husbands work info i told them that I don't carry my husbands paystubs around with me I have the name and number of the company. But that didn't matter because I wait for the longest on the phone and then she says can I talk to the sales rep which I thought "okay cool it got resolved " and then damn sales rep says oh she said I can't sell you anything. I was like "wtf" I do have a student debt that does show. But I've always had it for over 6 years. It wasn't an issue then. I think I was more mad that I made my last payment 2 days ago and then they are telling me my account isn't active. Shoot it was active when I paid wasn't it. I left very upset because my dad doesn't have a bed (sleeps on a couch) and I really want him to have a bed (my total there would've been 700 bucks with delivery) it sucks going somewhere and thinking oh yeah in two days he'll have a bed and I left really heartbroken. After years of credit with them. And they don't even care.

Worst department store( or whatever you want to call it). I came in yesterday just to look around and see if they had a perfume set that I been looking for a while now. I got approached by a really nice lady that offered to give me a free demo for a hair straightner...I went ahead and did it. I absolutely love it and I told her I was going to take and pay with my debit card. She mention if I had a credit card with them and I said yes, but it was a long time ago I do not know if is still active.,.she then took me to another lady and she started seeing it was still active ....she was unable to do it so she took me to the credit department and I grab a number and I guy helped me ..,,the lady told me that they were just going to change my address and update my license to my surprised the guy handed me the phone without telling me who is on the other line. The rude guy behind the phone asked me in Spanish of course (they assume you do not speak English for some reason) that if i had a bank of America card and I reply yes ,.,.he proceed to tell me "why were you late on your payment and what other cards do you have?) I got infuriated at the fact they had run my credit without my consent .....yes they made me sign like 3 times without telling me a word. I told him well obvously you know you just ran my credit..then he told me to hand the phone rub the other guy. I just told the guy that I always leaving i felt so humiliated it is not of your employees business if I forgot to pay my card a simple yes or no will do it..I left that store knowing the reason why I have not gotten back there in over 10 tears. The people you hire are very incompetent and do not have any people skills.....some of them do but most of them treat you like they are doing you a favor. You guys take advantage of people that do not have a credit and want to build one,......well I have one and I do not need your services. Thank you for nothing.

My husband and bought a TV here the woman that helped us was amazing fast and friendly customer service. Once we got home and unpacked our TV. We noticed it had a slight Crack. I called in to see if we can exchange and was told it was OK to bring it in for an exchange. I personally took the TV and left waiting for more than half an hour without an answer nor explanation of what was going on. It took to men to unpack and pack the TV up and just told me to take it back. I was also told that I would receive a call after 4 day I had to call. I was told that I wasn't supposed to take the TV back since it was considered hold of damaged product. After talking to the manager witch was very rude as well. It's been almost a week and I still don't have any answers. Worst experience ever.

We went to buy a portable air conditioner and can 't believed that the service was fast and the customer service was awesome i always go back there every time i need something from them.
