The one in charger had such a Bad Attitude... So tired of what she does, no greeting!!!! Like come on i just spent $367 and you still have a face when i ask about a price! PEOPLE FORGET WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!!!!
Went in to find something for my niece. Very crowded floor plan. I had no stroller but a purse on my hip and felt I had to squeeze around small spaces. It was about 2:30 on a Saturday so it looked quite rifled through and messy. Didn't interact with any employees so no opinion on helpfulness.
Not good service received at checkout. The gal behind the desk was too caught up in rules that she forgot about the customer and the service.
I was incredibly disappointed to find that not only was there not a changing area/station but when the clerk tried to help me to a fitting room that I could use to change my daughter's diaper, I could not maneuver my stroller around this store.
What kind of store that specializes in childrens' clothes, makes it impossible to go in with a stroller?! Too bad. I planned on getting quite a bit there but left empty handed.
