The service in my opinion was great. I got there close to closing and the staff was happy to help me with my sick child. Having a job where I get off late, I’m lucky to have carousel close to my home!

The staff if so friendly both medical and dental side they have a great walk in policy with little to no wait and reasonable prices

They spread diseases! I took my kid to the dental side and saw a assistant cross contaminate from the sharps container to the oral rinse and suction device's. I attempted to tell her about it to fix it and she argued with me about how it was ok because she flipped the cloth.. As some one who has taken the blood born air born pathogens class.. There was no excuse on her carelessness. Peoples childrens lifes are at risk. Immediately found a new and better dentist!

Staff is not friendly, never have seen same doctor twice, and if the appointment is at 2:00 you will be seen at 3:00 even though you arrived 30 minutes ahead!!

Staff is very rude they are not friendly at all. Do NOT go to this place, service is bad and they scream at you. They have been mean since the first time we went there with my little brother!!

Very rude staff behind the front desk ask you to be early just so they can have u sit for two hours because sick kids. Come first crazy

I will never recommend this place to anyone and I haven't even been serviced by them. I scheduled my 3 yr old daughter appointment 2 weeks ago on the 9th, and I received a voice mail on the 19th stating that they are calling to cancel. I called only to find out that according to whoever answered the damn phone that she's too young to be serviced that late. What the hell does that mean, because when i called to set up the appointment 2 weeks ago it was OK and it was them who recommended the time and the date and now they want to change their damn mind. Then the lady I talked to was rude as hell. I am too livid!!
