Minute clinic forgot to send my script. Called pharmarcy couldnt make a decision if they could fill it prior to close. I show up forgot my rx card. Have to come back next day or pay full price. I show up next day they say my script is not ready, stop lying i was here last night. It takes 10min to put my insurance in the computer and pick up my script. Needless to say customer service is not a priority. I will go back to frys pharmacy and pay slightly more for better service.

If I could give this a zero I would. Worst experience ever picking up a prescription. Dr. sent in electronic prescription at 6:15pm. waited approx. 45 minutes before going to pick up. Arrived around 7pm, idiot guy at the window said they didn't have the prescription - my Dr. must have sent to another CVS. Pulled away and called Dr. mad at them. According to Dr. she sent it 3 times. Not sure what the issue at CVS was, but felt the guy at the window could care less & told me to come back in one hour. Explained I had already been waiting for an hour. He certainly didn't care and said they had other prescriptions to fill before mine. I waited in the drive thru line & did not leave, another pharmacist had the order by 7:39. I use this CVS a lot, but will drive to another location next time. Unpleasant experience after a long day & a visit to the Dr. Save yourselves the frustration & visit another CVS.

I called but couldn't get through to a menu or a person or anything. I need to refill a prescription or talk to a pharmacist. Please fix this ASAP.

I went in to have a prescription filled in the evening and was happy to see the pharmacy open late. Megan was the pharmacist on duty and she was expedient, nice, and just plain awesome. Fastest I've ever had a prescription filled.

Guy at the pharmacy didn't seem happy, was short. I asked him if I need to refrigerate the antibiotic for my 4 yr old daughter. He proceeded to look around at the prescription and read and then says no. I get home and read the small print on the back of the tag and it says refrigerate. I call back and get a guy who says it just needs to not get hot. I said do I refrigerate or not? He seemed like he didn't know what the hell he was talking about either. Not to mention it's the only antibiotic my daughter has ever had a terrible reaction to the taste. I'll never fill a prescription here again. In my 43 years never had an experience at a pharmacy like that.

First let me say i go to this CVS st least twice a week. I needed to return a clearly marked CVS pulse monitor thst I had purchased a few weeks ago. It stopped working after a few uses. I didn't have a receipt for it (because it worked for 2 weeks). I went to return it and a John rudely told me no. He didn't ask why I wanted to return it. He simply with a condescending tone just denied my request. Didn't offer a store credit or any explanation. He should be ashamed of his behavior. A real jerk.

My rating is for the MinuteClinic inside this CVS. The nurse practitioner was very nice and more thorough than any of my doctors have ever been. It only cost me about $79 without insurance which isn't too bad at all. I was able to get my prescription filled right away and I'm on my way to feeling better. Very good experience overall.

I had the same experience as Kenn. The assistant I spoke with did not want anything to do with transferring my Rx. She told me to to go back to where I had previously transferred to. This CVS is very convenient for me, but I'll go out of my way to be treated respectfully.
