They hire extremely shady contractors for their company, Craig Ross specifically. He does not pay his subcontractors and in return they come after you, the homeowner, with liens and court claims. If you check his local court documents he has dozens of small court claims against him for such actions. If you decide to use this company, it would be beyond wise to make sure he is not your contractor or project manager.

Roofer is great. Goes on the roof and looks around and lets you know if insurance might cover your roof. Helps you with any insurance issues or problems as well. Gets it done in a day at my house. Recommend to anyone I know.

Yesterday, he said he would check the roof and give me an estimation in the morning. Today, he said it cost $300 to come and check it. It would count as a credit for the repair though. Even putting a nail there costs $300. He should have told that yesterday.

Burnette roofing were very professional to work with. Their roofing estimates were very competitive and once finished their estimate was on target. They consulted us during and after the reroof on any issues. Caleb (owner), pointed out TAMKO web site to really help make final decision for shingle color. They arrived on schedule and completed the reroof promptly. Shrubs and lawn were protected and cleaned up after job. I've recommended Burnette roofing to my friends. They have good roofing experience and provide valuable recommendations. Kent

Caleb and his team did a great job re-roofing my home. From bidding, to clean up, my entire experience was top notch. I will definitely be calling them first, the next time I need a roof!

My husband and I used Burnette Roofing to repair and re-roof our Victorian home in Monticello, FL. Burnette Roofing gave us the best price and completed the 5000+ sq. ft. roof on time as promised. Along with their estimate our chimneys had to be rebuilt and they were also completed on time and on budget. The entire process was professional from start to finish and Mr. Burnette was always available to answer questions day or night. We would use his services again without any hesitation.

I had my roof replaced by Burnette Roofing and Construction. They did an excellent job!!! They were very professional, on time, and finished the work in less than three days. The owner, Caleb was extremely helpful in assisting me with dealing with the insurance company. He took the time to explain the things I did not understand. The insurance company, ASI was very difficult to work with to say the least. Caleb took the time to help me and talk to the insurance company when they under estimate the cost of the roof replacement. I highly recommend Burnette Roofing when you need to get the job done right.
