Great wings and excellent service. Try the mango habanero ones, just the best from the menu.

Rather expensive. Go if you can afford to spend $20. In the begging they had good service. It has gone down by a wide range. I had $100.00 and my bill was $21.#@. The waiter gave me back $59.00 no change. I did the calculations 4x over. There's no way that's all I have to get back in change!! How do you forget to give a customer one of their 20s I get it if it's a dollar. But a $20.00 naah. Doesn't cut it

Our server was completely unfamiliar with the menu. I had to point out the Buffalo chicken sandwich to him to verify it was on the menu! My friend ordered wings with lemon pepper dry rub with hot sauce. Instead he got 1/2 lemon pepper 1/2 hot wings. The server gave me his carrots and celery and ranch dressing, even though I was on the opposite corner of the table. I noticed our server leaning agaist the wall talking with his coworkers when he should have been printing our bill. Worst BWW experience ever. Shy to go back again.

It was astonishing how poor the service in this place is. I dont want to take it personal, but it felt like the server hated my guts after the way she attended me and my friend tonight. First of all we waited for about 20 min for every single thing we asked for, that would include; water, food, and even forks at one point!!!

The waitress would all out ignore us even when making clear eye contact with us, she would constantly forget to bring things (20 min waiting period) and to end it all she didnt even lend a pen to sign the receipt. We had to use forks and add pressure to the paper to sign the damn reciept!!! We even had to use two of the damn paper baskets to take our food because the chick wouldn't even give us the time to ask for boxes to take home...

Idk, if the waitress is the only rotten apple in this establishment or the manager is at fault here. But they sure as hell need to fix something or they're going to keep getting poor reviews, like they have been getting since they've been open in the Valley.

Victoria the bartender is the best! Super friendly and makes the enviroment comfortable. Youll wanna come back for sure. I always do!

Good beer selection, I sat in bar and felt the bartender were a little lazy and not attentive, a little racist were attending other users not me.
Good place place to hangout and good music

Came with a large party to celebrate a coworkers birthday. We were well attended, but it was a bit of a wait with the food coming out together. Have came here plenty of times to know that service can be a hot or miss. Just depends on your server.

Ambience is what it's about. Service is good. Food is like the others. If your looking for outstanding food go to a nice restaurant but hanging out at a sports bar this is a great place.

The waitress sat us down on a table and we said we preferred a booth, we got switched to a booth and when we sat down another waitress came to our table and said we had to wait to be seated and not just walk in to the tables. We explained that we had waited and were already seated by another waitress. She said she was going to "confirm this" and left. This was super rude and embarrassing. When she confirmed with the other waitress she didn't even have de decency to apologize for being so rude. Food is good but service is terrible and slow. Hopefully they work on customer service and training their employees better.

I loved the drinks I loved the wings BUT that customer service ugh... It took them an hour to get my food ready everybody finished eating when they placed my food on the table and I had to ask to put the order to go and in return I got a free snack/wings card for the next time I go back. Really? :D sorry but I'm never going back.

Great Street Tacos! Prompt service sitting at the bar. I counted around 36 TVs inside... Always 10 things to watch!

1. Pepsi instead of coke
2. Items missing at table like sugar/ sweet 'n low for ice tea; waitress had to go look for it in the back
3. Ordered 3 things to share and we got no plates, just tiny paper trays which made it very difficult to eat
4. The boneless wings had barely any sauce on them and they were tough
5. Getting a side of bbq sauce for the tasteless fries was difficult too; it seems like there is sauce conservation in effect
6. Service was poor

Seriously People, You're giving them a bad rating on the fact of bad service when they just opened up. You can't expect them to be like the other BWW we visited that are already established. Yes, its small. Yes, its busy. Yes, it's new and everyone in the valley wants to be there because it's a shiny new penny. Give them a break. They will get their act together after a few months and the hype may die down. But for now, the food is better than any other place in the valley and the service will get better. Just be patient.
