  What a great company to do business with! Extremely friendly, informative, and trustworthy. During install the installer noticed that the manufacturer had sent a wrong sized valance (I wouldn’t have even noticed) and ordered the correct one right away. The blinds are high quality and function flawlessly. I can’t recommend this company enough. Outstanding work and customer service!

  The process worked well insofar as ordering. Product took too long (my opinion) to arrive and I felt communication to that fact was lacking. Promised 4 weeks, 8 weeks was reality. Always responsive when I initiated the inquiry, The product is now installed and the quality is outstanding. Would I use them again? Most likely; however, up front I would ask for better communication, especially when a date for product arrival is lagging.

  I had a most wonderful experience with Budget Blinds of Lawrence & Shawnee. I ordered shutters which required a consult with the sales person, remeasure with Tim, down payment, delivery of the product being custom-made, install, and final payment.
  
  The product arrived on time, with the correct measurements, color, and without damage. Tim did an excellent job of installing the perfectly made shutters.
  
  My decision to change from blinds to shutters made a huge difference in the look and feel of my home. It is gorgeous, warm, and inviting. This was possible only because of Budget Blinds of Lawrence & Shawnee's attention to detail and quality work.

  We had an excellent experience from the very start to the finish. Ryan and Craig laid out the process, showed up punctually and did exactly as they said they would do. Their installer, Tim, can only be described as a master craftsman! He was more particular than I. I absolutely love the shutters. They upgraded the whole house. Their bid was very competitive and I like their shutters the best, so a double win. We purchased the hidden tilt and LOVE them. If and when we buy another home, I will use them again and install shutters upon move in.

  We used budget blinds for shutters throughout our home. We got three quotes total & they were the least expensive quote. They were prompt in setting up the initial appointment for a free estimate, and provided the estimate same day during the appointment. They had their installer come and take measurements a second time to ensure they would be correct, which is important with shutters. A previous experience I had with another company in my prior home where they did not take proper measurements led to weeks of extra time without the window coverings as they are custom made- so it was nice that budget blinds was so thorough. The product came & was installed quickly. No issues with a single window fitting properly- and we had 24 windows. The installer worked quickly & efficiently. My parents used them for shutters just after we did & had a similar experience.
