  Loved my whole experience with Belle Vie and Amanda. As we narrowed in on a designer that I was loving (Anna Georgina) she helped me find the perfect fit from their catalogue. I had so much confident in Amanda that I selected the dress before trying it on. This risk isn't for everyone, but I certainly enjoyed the experience and the joy when I got to try on my dress for the first time, I absolutely love it! Thanks AB!

  I can't say enough about the amazing experience I had at Belle Vie Bridal Couture. I not only found my dream wedding dress but had a wonderful experience while doing so. I can't wait to see Amanda and Patrick again at my dress fitting. Thanks for everything!

  The moment I walked into Belle Vie, I felt this would be the place I would find my dress. They had a nice variety of dresses and Patrick was so helpful and fun to work with. They also have fun with you trying on veils, belts and jewelry!
  
  My dress came in recently and I love it! The owner Amanda has been great to work with - so cheerful and makes you feel special. My dress arrived on time and because of the way they took my measurements, my dress needs minor alterations which is such a relief!
  
  So glad I chose Belle Vie for my gown.

  I had the most amazing experience, the location itself is so romantic and beautiful. Sarah was very professional, and super super helpful when it came to talking alterations! She was really interested in my ideal wedding look. I said "Yes to the Dress!!". Amanda also came and had such a wonderful vibe and absolutely added to the celebration and kept my guests happy and entertained! Also, shout out to the Anna Georgina collection! The shop had an AMAZING selection, with the perfect amount of variety.

  We were so fortunate to come across this cute store. We flew into Chi for shopping and had a bad experience at a store before coming here. We found Belle Vie online and told them our situation of not finding the dress and only being in town for the rest of the night. They got us in!! It was incredible. We had Sarah, Amanda, and Patrick helping my friend find the best dress. She came in so grouchy and annoyed but in a matter of minutes had completely changed her attitude. The 3 of them worked together harmoniously to style the dress exactly how she wanted, almost to the point of a custom dress. I am so grateful that they were able to cheer her up, find the perfect dress, and make her feel so beautiful. I am so happy we were able to come across this cute store.

  I bought my dress at Belle Vie a few weeks ago. The whole experience was nothing short of amazing! Bree, Patrick and Amanda were fabulous to work with! They LISTENED to me on what I liked, didn't like, and what my style was. They also listened to my family of 5 women during my appointment too. They made sure that this experience was not only amazing for me, but amazing for my family too. They were able to answer any questions that we had no matter how detailed the questions were. If I could, I would rate them beyond 5 stars! Thank you, thank you, thank you to the team at Belle Vie for helping me find my dress and have such an amazing experience!

  FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD My mom and I went to Chicago in November to try on this Australian designer that was only carried here at Belle Vie Bridal. Over the phone they said they had all these dresses from that particular designer I went and they only had two. I asked if they could place an order of a dress I wanted from online and they said Absolutely. The owner came in, in her yoga clothes very unprofessional. We placed the order and paid $9000. Five months later I called the designer and they said they have no record of the order and it was never placed and that they have pulled out of this boutique because they have had many issues. This place is FRAUD.

  Terrible experience thus far. They had the wrong wedding date for me, and when checking in via email a few months prior, they let me know that the dress wouldnt be in until the week after my wedding. Luckily, it was early enough that things were able to be rushed and I will have it, but disgusted that had I not reached out, I would not have my wedding dress. If you do use them, double, triple check everything.

  I bought my dress from Belle Vie a year ago and I can't say enough great things about my experience with Amanda and the Belle Vie team. I chose an Elizabeth Fillmore gown because I felt it matched my personality and it was unique versus all the other wedding gowns I tried on at various boutiques. I even got to meet the designer! That was probably a sign that it was all meant to be. My whole wedding planning experience went very well, and Belle Vie had a big part in that. I highly recommend their boutique if you want white-glove service and amazing designers.

  I went to Belle Vie today after visiting two competing salons. At Belle Vie I finally got the full bridal "experience" I had been searching for. The entire staff was attentive, helpful, and very friendly. Because of them I immediately felt comfortable. They were mindful of my budget and really took the time to get to know me. All of their suggestions were dead on. I found my beautiful dress there today. I can't recommend them highly enough.

  DO NOT GO HERE! Horrible customer service and working with them was the worst part of the wedding!
  
  Ordered a beautiful dress and was told it would be delivered in early May for a July wedding. I called repeatedly - no one bothered to call me back - and finally I was able to speak with someone near the end of June who let me know the dress had just come in. The dress was missing alterations we had PAID for and which were in our contract - of course, Belle Vie refused to honor that or even pay us back! The salesgirl Sarah said we could have alterations done in 3 days - the seamstress LAUGHED when hearing this. I was stuck running to dress appointments the days before the wedding rather than spending time with family and friends who had flown in.
  
  Horrible customer service and would NOT recommend to anyone!
