I had a 90 minute facial done by Franki and she was amazing!i It was so relaxing. I will definitely be going back and taking my friends and my family! She takes great pride in what she does and let me know what she was doing every step of the way. I highly recommend the relaxing atmosphere, the amazing aromas, and the wonderful quality of work!
I had them cut fourteen inches off and donated my hair to wigs for kids. I was nervous about cutting off so much and Leah really took the time and effort to make sure I had a positive experience and was happy with my hair. Everyone was so positive, and really included me in the creative process. Leah wasn't afraid to try new techniques to get it just right, and I'm so happy with the results! I know I couldn't have had this experience anywhere else, and I will definitely be going back.
The student was great but the manicure left a lot to be desired, I do not blame the student. The instructor should have seen the bubbles due to using old product and at least offered me a credit. I can go to a nail salon pay less and get more.

My experience at the Aveda Institute in Tucson was outstanding. I had Sabrina and she was wonderful! She took great care of me and really wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I was doing a trial for my wedding hair and makeup and everyone was so nice and helpful. I brought in a picture and while Sabrina was doing my hair other students came to watch and help as well. The educators were amazing as well and kept an eye on everything to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. I will continue to go back to the Aveda Institute of Tucson again and again event though Sabrina is graduating!!
I've been going to Aveda Institute in Tucson for several years, I have to say that this is an amazing place to go for a haircut, nails, waxing, color its amazing, the people that work at Aveda are always happy, the studnets are amazing and above all they are caring. I recommend anyone to go there.
I really enjoyed my experience and the cut and color was great! I have paid more for much less! Just know that you cannot be ina hurry or on a time schedule! Just relax and go with it!
My husband and I have been coming here since our retirement in 2009. We have plenty of time now so it does not matter to us that it takes a long, long time. Students are not always prepared. Takes time to find the scissors then a blow dryer, etc. Most are genuinely nice and really care. I've had the best highlights in my life here. They have natural dyes. I've had a few students who did not give me my rituals so I speak up. The supervisors do care. My husband has his head shaved and color applied. He is always happy. We will continue coming here.
I've heard really good things about Aveda, so i decide to try this place out. It always seems to be a problem to get a appointment with them. After my first visit,I bought the "Damage Remedy hair care line" I was told that I would get a credit on my next appointment because I bought product on my first visit. I have tried 2+ more times to book for my follow up to have the actual job done. I even had to change my work schedule to get this done and they decided to cancel on me on the last minute. I confirmed a day before my appointment to make sure its all set to go which they did confirm. The day finally comes and after so long waiting for a single appointment, of course they cancel on me for the second time. It is a hassle just trying to book appointment and changing my work schedule but I am just at the point where professionalism has to come through if your trying to grow a career in this field. Its not client satisfactory. When I told the lady I have been trying to book an appointment for the past 3 weeks she wasn't even empathetic! I keep being told the same thing "Lets reschedule" or "Most of our students are absent". I'm done trying to book an appointment with them, they clearly don't want my business.
