I really didn't have a problem with the dentist. I went to have a very loose tooth pulled. It was so loose I could of pulled it myself but chose to go have a professional do it. I don't have insurance so it cost me 120$ to get it pulled and they make you pay before you even go back to get it done. When I got back there the doctor said it was so easy he would of pulled another tooth if neseccary for no charge or he wanted me to get more of a discount for my tooth. He numbed it a little but there was no assistance needed, no suction no mess nothing. Well would you believe that girl would not give me any more of a discount. I couldn't believe it. I guess the doctor has no say about charging his patient. It's not fair. I would of went back for more work but after that I have no respect for office workers who don't have respect for doctors that do the work and should have the last say on what to charge. They know what they do and how much it should cost. Kathy Lowe

It's a scam. On the first visit they only did an evaluation and x-rays. The cleaning was not going to be until the second visit which was going to be $130 out of pocket. So they used up my once a year free visit for my insurance, and I didn't even get my teeth cleaned.

Chaily was the best ,she worked me in the same day as my initial visit for a cleaning. She did a wonderful job and help to take One of the things off my wedding week list.

Terrible, went in last week to get teeth cleaned and 4 cavities filled. That didn't go to bad, the cleaning was fast and not all that good. Went back Thursday because I was told my wisdom tooth needed to come out and I had some roots from an old root canal that needed removed. He cut my gum to get the roots out...couldn't get them out so just sewed it shut.😡 Then went to start extracting my wisdom tooth, worked for prob 45 min to and hour and guess what couldn't get it out. They called and got me into an oral surgeon later the same day to have him finish it. The oral surgeon was appalled at what my gums looked like when o got there and that had even attempted to try to remove the roots of the other tooth. I spent another 2 hours getting the wisdom tooth removed at the oral surgeon. I'm still in a lot of pain and pissed. The gum for the roots was cut and sewed back unnecessarily And the pain he inflicted trying and trying to get the wisdom tooth out, then having to go elsewhere was awful. This will all be getting reported to the BBB first thing Monday morning

1st time customer will not be back. I waited 30 mins for my scheduled appt. Once seen I was given X-rays before being placed in exam room where I waited for over 45 mins without being seen by dentist. I twice went out to reception and no one was around. No receptionist, staff. No one. I finally left and received a call approximately 30 mins later inquiring as to where I had gone. I advised I grew tired of waiting and left. I was told by an unprofessional voice on the other end I was not allowed to leave as I had an appt. It was explained they are a "medical facility" and it is not uncommon to wait for over an hour and a half? This person was rude and told me I would be billed as if I had remained and received treatment/services. Long waits, rude staff and overall poor experience. Would not recommend.

The five stars are for the oral surgeon. He was excellent. Little upset that first exam dentist missed teeth in her report. So when it came to the day of oral sx i had to pay more then expected do to her error. Staff is wonderful. Would prefer to see Dr Nagy from now on if possible.

Waited a long time for appointment. Then saw the Dr who was nice, then sat waiting over 45 minutes for the hygienist. Only to be told I need 3000 for work to be done and my insurance only covers 1000. They offered to try financing company but with no credit I left in tears because they said nothing else could be done.

I have no dental insurance this was the only dentist that gave free exams wow their exams are very thorough never had an experience like that ever staff is very helpful they try their best to work with you to fix your teeth love this place very honest dr they don't over charge my procedure went more smoothly than he thought and I was refunded right then some of my money back that was the best service great team

Every time we go in there is an upset customer. I thought it was odd and now I am one. The first hygienist did a good job then she moved on. The next one did a great job then she is no longer working there. The latest one in the summer of 2016 is in such a hurry to get you out of her chair your teeth dont feel clean. We ended up with a credit on our account for around $600 that we noticed on our statement. I called them on it and they sent me 2/3rds of the credit and the rest has been adjusted off my account. 4 different times they said they will check and call me back with an answer but I have yet to hear from them. If I had owed them I would be in collections by now. Maybe on your next bill you get from Aspen tell them you are going to adjust the balance and see where that gets you. I am going to switch dentist. Frustrated in Ohio.

Dentist wasn't friendly & took 4 attempts to get my tooth numb. Never had trouble with any other dentist before. Will not go back.

It was a five star experience. Staff was cordial and experienced. Procedure was absolutely painless. Price was affordable. I will continue to use Aspen for my dental needs.

I had a dental emergency during a business trip and they were the first dentist through 15 phone calls that was available to help me. The staff was very kind and understanding of my situation. Everyone was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I wish this business was in my hometown. Thank you again for the help.
