I have had my alarm system installed for a little over a month now and am very pleased with the system. I searched high and low, looking at online companies, national companies and other local companies and American Alarm had the best compromise between cost and customer service. The customer service has been outstanding. They are responsive, flexible and definitely keep consumer satisfaction in mind. We had a wireless alarm system installed, along with smoke and CO detectors and it has been working as advertised. We went with a wireless system so there was no need to drill holes in the house and run wires. The touch screen control panel is functional...it has everything you need and nothing you don't. My only complaint is that the GUI interface could be a bit more intuitive, but, after a few weeks, like any other electronic device these days, you figure it out. The best part is that the control panel can be moved around the house so there are no ugly keypads permanently mounted to the wall. I also appreciate that the electronic components that American Alarm uses are produced in the US. We only had one problem after install...one of the sensors that is held to the wall using double sided sticky tape fell off. American Alarm offered to come out and reinstall, but, it was easy enough to get some new tape, clean the wall and reapply myself. Overall, I am very pleased with my decision to use American Alarm and Audio and would certainly recommend them.

American Alarm & Audio has a friendly, knowledgeable staff that is very easy to work with and are always looking out for your best interest. I had a full home security system installed, as well as, an 8 camera recording system. The alarm service is fantastic and my cameras are crystal clear in the high quality 1080p HD system that was installed. I'm very satisfied!
