The Alpha Community Center has been serving Sidney-Shelby County through four main programs since 1984:

Served Meal Program - Where a hot meal is available Monday through Saturday, at no cost.

Emergency Pantry Program - Offering non-perishable food items, diapers, wipes, formula, personal care items, blankets, gloves and much more, at no cost.

After School Program - Serving children ages 6-17, offering a hot meal weekly and tutoring, as well as our summer camp program which runs Monday through Friday, mid-June through mid-July. Both programs are free to participants.

Emergency Rent and Utility Assistance - The Alpha Community Center is funded through the United Way of Shelby County to offer rent and utility assistance to families in need.
