Above and Beyond are a Mobile Full Service, Professional, Party and Event Staffing Company. Our events are customized to each and every event.

We are the premier bartender and food server staffing company in the Salt Lake City, UT and the Wasatch area, including Park City and Ogden.

We specialize in Weddings, Private Parties and Special Events. Impress your guests and distinguished clients with our world-class hospitality services.

Our professionally-trained bartenders can manage between 75 and 150 guests for a full bar. If you are only serving beer and wine, you will need one bartender for every 200 guests.



If you are having any specialty drinks or if additional product is needed our bartenders will require that you provide them with an ingredients menu to insure that the cocktails are made to your specifications


Wait staff are professionally trained to handle all types of banquet and catering styles of service. They will set up, serve and break down your event. Wait staff are expert at preparing tables, table tops, buffets and formal types of table service.



Bartenders are all TIPS Certified (Training for Intervention Procedures by Servers of Alcohol). This is a dynamic skills based national training program designed to prevent intoxication, drunk driving and underage drinking by enhancing the fundamental people skills of servers, sellers and consumers of alcohol. We believe TIPS gives our staff the knowledge and confidence they need to recognize potential alcohol related problems and the ability to intervene to prevent alcohol related accidents.

We protect our clients and staff by ensuring all staff is covered by Workmen's Compensation, General Liability Insurance, and Liquor Liability Insurance.
