Dream Architects is a local architectural consultancy firm established in Kampala, Uganda and registered in 2005.

The founder Architect of this company is a UGANDAN citizen, called Patricia Khayongo Rutiba (B.Arch. Hons, MUSAReg No 101) fully qualified and duly registered with the appropriate professional bodies. She has 15 years of experience in design and construction, supervision of projects in both the Government and Non-Government/Private sectors.

The firm offers a wide scope of professional architectural services in the areas of development of buildings and related physical social infrastructure.
