Boats run very efficiently. $4 THB per trip.
On March 2018, the N8 Tha Tian pier is under renovation, boats park to Wat Arun(黎明寺) instead. Route between Wah Pho(卧佛寺) and Wah Arun(黎明寺) keep normal service.
Crowded and filled with tourists, this is a rite of passage for all tourists in the area - taking the 4 Baht boat across the river. There are stalls and push - carts in the area, so you can simply take a break or have a quick meal there. There are also stores selling Thai goodies and Thai souvenirs, so do give them a try. I recommend the Thai Iced Milk Tea as it can't be replicated anywhere else in the world. Otherwise, try not to stay in the area for long - it's very congested.
Not very friendly service
What a great place! Explore and discover.
Quite ok to stop for a local coffee and enjoy the river view
This very good . As from cinema)
Amusing puplic transportation, sheap, fast, connect long distance through Bangkok chanalles. Enjoyable trip also to go through and discover bange
It is just a pier. Nothing to talk about.
Very cheap for crossing the river
Fancy, first time to take a boat as public transport.
Not too hot in the boat.
One of the piers for the express boat
As one of the main pier used by tourists, they should have more tourist friendly staffs that can speak english
Easy to catch the express boat.
