Thailand Creative & Design Center (TCDC) is Thailand's premier learning resource center for design and creativity, operating under the aegis of the Office of Knowledge Management and Development (Public Organization) within the Office of the Prime Minister. TCDC opened in Bangkok in November 2005, and Chiang Mai in April 2013.
