Croquette is the world popular food
which each country calls its name differently.
But the delicious impression is the same,
crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.

We’d travelled around Kyushu area of Japan where
Korokke is very popular. Having a bite of it,
we couldn’t explain the impression we had.
“Out of this world delicious” is the only words we could think of.
We loved to bring “real” croquettes to Thailand,
