FITNESS PROGRAMME (Men & Women – Youth / Adults)

If you are training for;
• Long Distance, Road Races, Cross Country & Marathon
• To build up Fitness level
• To shed some extra Weight
• To live Active, Fit & Healthy

Our Fitness Programme is designed for beginners to advance.

We will help you achieve your GOALS!

In our FITNESS Programme, we incorporate;
• Strength Training - Resistive Bands, Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Medicine
Balls, Circuit Training, Plyometric, Core Stability & Pelvis Stabilisation
• Interval Workouts
• Endurance running

We work for each individual participant specific GOALS and it's REWARDING, CHALLENGING, FUN & FULFILLING PROGRAMME.

LOCATION
On every MONDAY & THURSDAY @6.30-8pm at CCAB Track off Evans Road. Rain or Shine, we do not cancel any training session, only on gazetted Public Holidays, eve of Christmas and eve of New Year.

FEE
A Flat Fee of $100/- per month

PRIVATE ATHLETICS COACHING

If your child is training for;
• School Sports day
• National Schools Track & Field Championship
• International Schools Meet
• Any particular Meet
• To stay Trim & Fit
• To build up ultimate Fitness for other Sports

We will help your child achieve their GOALS!


We are currently conducting athletics training at these 2 venues, and we cover all aspects of the training for the child or an athlete and inspire them to be a better Runner, Jumper or Thrower whilst improving their techniques and fitness level.


LOCATIONS

Venue 1
CCAB Track off Evans Road on every MONDAY, THURSDAY &
SATURDAY @6–8pm.

Venue 2
BISHAN Stadium on every WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY @6-8pm


Venue 3
YIO CHU KANG Stadium on every TUESDAY & FRIDAY @6-8pm


Rain or Shine, we do not cancel any training session, only on gazetted Public Holidays, eve of Christmas and eve of New Year.


FEE
Your child is ALLOWED to attend a maximum of 3 sessions in a week at any of the venues.

A Flat Fee of $100/- per month, irrelevant of 3 sessions or less.
