3E established by Lawrence (CPA Singapore, ACCA member), is an accounting firm which provides accounting, tax, and secretarial services. 3E serves small businesses (under $5 million in revenue) in the Singapore.
3E is aiming to be the preferred accounting firm in Singapore, by delivering solutions that exceed our clients' expectations of professionalism and timeliness as well as value for money.
We provide a full range of support service to small and medium size companies in Singapore.
Our services included the following:-
1) Monthly, Quarterly, Annually Bookkeeping and preparation of consolidated accounts;
2) Compilation of financial statement and submission of annual returns (e.g. XBRL);
3) Incorporation of company or converting the sole proprietorship into private company;
4) ECI Filing, Income tax filing, and Quarterly GST submission;
5) GST registration (compulsory if your revenue more than 1 million)
6) Liaise with auditors or tax agents;
7) Setting up of accounting system for newly setup companies;
8) Preparation of resolution, AGM filing minutes, and other secretarial services;
9) Preparation of Cash Flows Statement and Cash Flows Projection; and
10) Any other accounting, tax or secretarial related services
