It was one of our favorite ways to start the day. A hearty breakfast with a variety of breakfast items to choose from. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Staff here is very kind and helpful, from the front desk to the checking staff to the kitchen workers. We forgot our converter for electricity and they find one for us to borrow very quickly. The room was large and clean. Location is right near Haram. I cannot recommend this place enough.

What a hotel..? I mean it’s perfect. Location wise and the amenities. Its 200 meter away from the haram. The food court is amazing with wide variety of restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms are perfectly clean and comfortable, the room service is great. Price is affordable and worth every penny.

The rooms are relatively clean and comfortable. The room service and food at the restaurant is not as good as Hyatt during the Hajj 2017 period. Overall it’s a nice hotel, the suites are really spacious depending on the layout but I had a better time at the Hyatt in 2016.

Excellent location, friendly & cooperative staff, very neat, clean & pleasant. Rooms are also very spacious. Highly recommend this hotel for everyone!

A nice place to stay near Masjid al Haram. Stagf is great but property is getting old snd needs renivation.

I enjoyed excellent service from check in till check out...courticy start from front desk, food and beverage quantity good acopannig excellent service, house keeping staff was also very good, only the engineering staff was not not supportive even did not respond...but the overall upgraded standard.....

Good rooms and rates. Air Conditioner is hot though for all rooms. Nice and spacious lobby. Close to haram

Wonderful experience at the Hilton Suites Makkah. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The customer service here is very impressive - every staff member from the receptionist to waiters and housekeeping are really great. We felt welcomed and at ease and will defiantly choose to stay here the next time we are in Makkah.

Impressed at all levels. Gentleman Waseem Khan responsible for housekeeping on our floor provided exceptional customer service and focus. Manager at the restaurant went the extra mile to cater to our dietary limitations.
